Stavros is a Certified and Registered Auditor with over 27 years of professional experience in auditing public and private companies. He has worked with companies in a wide variety of industries including: software development and trading, real estate, technical works (civil engineering), construction, services, wholesale and retail trading, food – beverages, industry, insurances, hotels, state - owned entities, etc. Among them are companies listed in the Athens Stock Exchange.
He is a specialist in external audit, tax compliance, mergers, due diligence and IFRS. He has particular experience in preparation of financial statements (separate and consolidated) based on the Greek and the International Accounting Standards.
Stavros received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business in Athens, Greece. He is a member of the Institute of CPAs of Greece (SOEL).
Stavros is intermediate in the English language.
